3. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent or incorrect orders.
Customers may pay using the payment methods available on our website, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
For online payments, the payment must be successfully received before the order is processed.
For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price being displayed due to a technical or human error, Ardikaa reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide a refund where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe displayed on our website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ardikaa shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached and intact.

7. Refunds

For COD orders, customers requesting a refund will need to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

For orders paid online, refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–4 working days after the returned product has been picked up and processed.

8. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and other details required to successfully process and deliver an order.

Ardikaa will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
